Process

What happens after you write.

You do not need a spec document. A short note about the business is enough to start. We keep the path short and visible.

01

Discover

We read your brief, look at the current site if you have one, and ask the unglamorous questions: who hires you, what they need to know, and what a good week looks like. If it is not a fit, we say so.

02

Plan

You get a plain outline: pages, features, and a sequence. You will know what is in the first launch and what can wait. No surprise scope in week six.

03

Design

Structure and look, shared in the open. You react while there is still time to change course. We are not hiding a reveal behind a long silence.

04

Build

The working site: mobile layout, forms, shop or menu if you need one, and the content that has to be there on day one. You can click it before the world can.

05

Launch and support

Domain, HTTPS, and the live URL. Then the real world: a phone number changes, a special goes up, a page looks odd on a new device. You send a note. We still know the project.

Timelines depend on how ready the content is and how large the build is. The enquiry form asks for a rough window so we can be honest about calendar, not so we can lock you into a date before we have seen the work.

Ready for the first conversation?

Send the brief. If we can help, you will hear what the next step is.
